  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup optional
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Rinse the mixed berries under cold water. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the mixed berries and fresh lime juice. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the berries to release their juices.
  3. If you like a sweeter mocktail, stir in honey or agave syrup to taste.
  4. Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine without losing too much fizz.
