  • ½ cup cranberry juice, chilled
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
  • 1 cup sparkling non alcoholic wine or sparkling white grape juice, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup or honey syrup, optional
  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • Orange slices or twists, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour the chilled cranberry juice and freshly squeezed orange juice into a small pitcher or measuring cup.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Taste the mixture and add simple syrup or honey syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  4. Divide the cranberry-orange mixture evenly between two chilled champagne flutes.
  5. Slowly top each glass with the chilled sparkling non alcoholic wine or sparkling white grape juice.
  6. Stir each mocktail gently once to combine while preserving the bubbles.
  7. Garnish with fresh cranberries and an orange slice or twist.
  8. Add a small rosemary sprig for a festive holiday presentation if desired.
  9. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

Use 100% cranberry juice for a tarter drink or cranberry juice cocktail for a sweeter version.
